Remarkable home in one of Downtown Orlando's finest neighborhoods. Bel Air Shores is known for the well established homes, area, schools, and community. As you pull up to the home, you will notice the huge lot and the perfect location on the lot. Enter the home through the lovely leaded glass doors and immediatly see the gorgeous real oak hardwood floors throughout the living, dining, family, kitchen and utility rooms. They are stunning, as is the huge soaring ceilings, and views of the lush landscaping and beautiful in ground pool surrounded by a private stucco block wall. The family room has lovely cedar bookcases, and wonderful lighting. The kitchen has a large open breakfast bar with granite countertops and solid wood cabinets,a HUGE food pantry, upgraded appliances, and more. There is a terrific breakfast nook as well overlooking the pool. There is a large open Florida room all across the back of the home overlooking the pool. Great for parties, or just relaxing after work. There are windows and sliding doors so the whole room can be opened up completely for wonderful pool parties, or closed up on those few cool days we have here. This contempo style home has so many lovely upgrades. When you step inside the spacious master bedroom you will see the great room size, the wonderful closet organizers and the upgrades in the master bath.
