Galley kitchen features granite countertop, DeLonghi oven with range hood, Liebherr refrigerator, garbage disposal, slate floor and small eating area. Bathroom features marble flooring and brushed nickel fixtures. The den or bonus room is the perfect size for a home office, craft room or nursery. Unit has full-sized side by side washer and dryer inside a roomy closet with utility shelving overhead. Windows are double hung, double glass panes that insulate and keep out street noise. Large fenced and landscaped backyard has a birch tree, crepe myrtle, umbrella covered patio set in a garden nook. Ample street parking and quick access to 295 and 214.
