Just blocks off Eisenhower (Rt. 34) with quick and easy access to shopping in Loveland and tons of recreational opportunities in nearby Estes Park.
 

What I love about the home

The front porch is perfect for enjoying cool Colorado evenings. Just across the street from the backyard is a natural space with a pond and walking trail that's regularly visited by a herd of majestic elk! The small, meticulously maintained yard takes almost no time to maintain so you can get on with all there is to do nearby. This home is just 25 miles from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
