All new attractive light fixtures throughout the home. New sidewalk, curb & gutter. This home has been super-upgraded and shows , of ownership throughout.
Neighborhood Description
It is walking distance to a neighborhood coffee shop, several parks, a small lake, the library and a couple nice restaurants. It is located on a not-through street, but access to the four-lane Highway 34 bypass is only about one mile. It is only about 3/4 mile to the hospital and 1 1/2 miles to the University of northern Colorado. It is fairly close to public, and quality charter and private schools. The neighbors are friendly and it is a low-crime neighborhood. We love it here but are moving to be nearer our children and grandchildren.
 

What I love about the home

This home is a haven of rest and tranquility. Inside the home is comfortable, convenient and elegant. The home is resigned for relational, connected living. The ultra-low utility costs are a big added bonus. The solid oak and ceramic tile floors are so easy to care for and harbor no allergens. We replaced the carpet in the garden so we know it is very clean. The open kitchen and island allow us to interact with guests while we prepare food. The two levels mean we have more interior room with less roof area for heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer. It is the most comfortable and climate-efficient home we have ever owned.
