If a Winter Park Lifestyle is what you are looking for, look no further. This split plan home has been completely remodeled with too many upgrades to list. Neighborhood Description
This is an wonderful neighborhood with nice quiet neighbors. It has a nice mix of families and retirees. We have personally lived here for almost 20yrs. and have loved it!
 

What I love about the home

The master suite is amazing as well as the layout of the house. Very easy to live in and enjoy the outdoors from indoors. The split plan gives privacy to the master bedroom and the ability to access the patio and spa from the master suite is wonderful and secluded. All the finishes have been given a lot of attention to make this home feel truely comfortable. The location is wonderful as well considering you are near the YMCA, the Hospital, Whole Foods Market and Publix. You are also just minutes away from Park Avenue and its shops and restaurants.
