For everyone that missed buying this house before with its wonderful lot, here it is again and now its up to code, all the City Occ requirements are signed off or will be, all additions permitted, the garage conversion into another living unit is gone. The back bathroom in the master suite has been changed and is now to code and looks great, totally new, pretty fixtures, nice tile. The kitchen is new, cabinets, granite counter tops, stove. House is freshly painted, garage is all cleaned up and usable, wonderful carport is big enough to cover many cars and serve as a covered patio. The lot is cleaned up and looks great. There is a nice room next to the kitchen that would make a nice TV room or den or even another bedroom or a large laundry but that seems to be a waste, there are new laundry hook-ups in the carport. Back on market,buyer lost her job,no fault of house's.  More Less
