If fishing is your passion, here's a little slice of heaven. A peaceful and private retreat, at the edge of the Clackamas, with 110 ft of river frontage, upriver from Carver. Lush gardens surround spacious (1700 sqft) river-view deck. Great for entertaining, river-gazing in solitude or casting your line. Great 22x26 dog run. Pure water from private artesian well.
Neighborhood Description
It has several million dollar homes. Most owners are professionals. Dead end road with only rare traffic. There is no public access to the river. It is very quiet. The neighborhood pun is: ''if you want noise you have to make yourself.'' Many of the neighbors fish, and some kayak. For being so rural-like it is only 15 minutes from a main highway enroute to a big city. The neighbors do keep to themselves. 

What I love about the home

The neighborhood is exclusive, on a dead end road. Homes are in the million dollar range. Setting is very quiet and very private. River on one side & Christmas Tree Acreage across the road with mountains beyond.
