This house is move-in ready for trouble-free rental. The rental comes with: stove, refrigerator, new dishwasher and garbage disposal, also in the kitchen; plenty of storage with fully-extendable pull-out shelves in the base cabinets. Three bedrooms are situated together at the east end and have very nice original hard wood floors. The full bath has new tile flooring, all new Swanstone three piece solid surface tub-shower surround. Stain Master brand carpeting, covers the hallway, dinning room, and living room. There's a nice den on the west end of the house that can be used as an office or TV room (all rooms are cable ready). There's a utility room off the den that has washer and dryer hook-ups and a 24cu ft freezer. The up-stairs addition could be considered the bonus room; it's all master bedroom with a half bath. The room has great natural lighting, with windows on each wall.The large fenced back yard and the very welcoming rock courtyard in the front yard are well maintained by a professional landscaping service. The house itself has been kept well maintained also: a new roof, all new water pipes through-out the house, new water heater, and all new bathroom amenities. The gas furnace is only 10 years old and serviced every other year. Move in and live your life, let us keep your house trouble-free year round. This is a monthly rental @ $1345/mo, a refundable security deposit of $1200.Included in rent, are two utilities; garbage, and sewer.
