Beautiful new townhome (8 years young) in a nice gated community, with very low HOA dues. Common amenities include heated community pool, jacuzzi, kids play area. Close to the new Santa Clara Gateway, and major employers Intel, Oracle, Cisco, Arista, Dell, Yahoo, Brocade, Samsung, and many more! Ideal commute location close to Hwys 101/237. Near the new, upcoming 49ers stadium and the approved redevelopment. In the Distinguished Don Callejon attendance area, walking distance to Rivermark with restaurants and shopping! Ideal quiet neighborhood!! Perfect place to call home!!

What I love about the home

We *really* loved living there. Everyone around us had kids at almost the same time, we regularly open our garage and let the kids go out and play. There are ~ 10 girls and 5 boys between the ages of 5-7, and ~ 6 kids under the age of 2 who are all our "garage" neighbors. We have had many parties in the garage area, in people's homes, many BBQ parties in LickMill Park. We also often go for swimming together with kids. In our lane, a few of us go out and play soccer every Sunday morning ~ 8:30. Basically living there is very very unstructured and enjoyable. It will appeal to those who have small kids. We frequently sit in each other's garage in the evening and chat while the kids play. A lot of times someone makes Indian tea for everyone. The community is diverse, with many immigrants, so a lot of festivals are celebrated, and almost every festival is an excuse to socialize :) The only reason for us to move was the fact that our home was becoming too small for our family, plus long term we wanted to move to a strong academically focused school system. We've moved to Mission San Jose in Fremont, which has one of the strongest schools in the bay area all the way through. We honestly wish we could transport our neighbors to Fremont. We've made such strong friendships. We have guys night out, girls night out, sleepover parties for kids, karaoke parties in the garage. We've gone camping several times. In fact, 3 of our neighbors are currently on a trip together to Cabo. We also celebrate "Mission Nite" every year, where the whole community gets together, and there is music, dance etc. Hope this gives you an idea. You will meet a lot of our neighbors then you will know precisely what I mean. Current owner.
