Master suite: bath with tile to ceiling, marble accents and steam room, dressing rm w/marble vanity & closets w/32 ft of hanging. 3rd floor ste w/tiled bath and claw foot tub. Lower level: beautifully finished family room and subway tiled laundry room w/large glass block windows capturing loads of natural light. Electrical: thoroughly updated with newer panels and wiring. Large windows and stairway hall Palladian window make this a warm and inviting open home for those who demand exceptional quality and perfection. 

What I love about the home

The house is now for sale only on Zillow & Commissions are paid to a buyer's agent. Correct lot dimensions are: 75' wide x 135 - 150, approx. 10,200 sqf. What I love: superb quality, the architecture done by Geo Burroughs, and the builder was a quality builder. This was not a spec Van Sweringen house like many Shaker houses that look great but are not finished at this level of superb quality. The HVAC system was re-engineered to provide the best possible controlled forced air environment for people and works of art. Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC): Special emphasis was placed on energy efficiency, quiet operation and the ability to maintain an even comfortable temperature! Past Utility bills prove cost efficiency. Top of the line Carrier Equipment: 2 stage gas exchange 2 speed furnace include relays to maintain low fan speed for heating & high fan speed for cooling which enables fan to run continuously in either mode for best energy efficiency and even temps - 5 ton the ?round ?one? air conditioner; electrostatic air cleaner and humidifier. Flexible air supply plenum connection to reduce vibration. Al new wiring in 95 and chimney flue liner for safe operation!
