Perfect corporate relocation rental, fully furnished with decorator-quality furnishings and detail. Out of state owner wishes to reserve during the fall and winter but live there during the spring and summer. The perfect agreement would be 9-1-13 to 3-1-14. However, the owners are open to some modification. Owners will provide basic Cox cable, internet, and wi-fi service. The Beacon Hill area is low density,very upscale and very spacious, with a multitude of HOA amenities including a beautiful pool within minimal walking distance. The beaches, Dana Point Marina, and Ritz Carlton are also just a short drive away. Total move in is 6125 inc. 2500/mo., 3500 sec refundable (does not inc. last Month''s rent) and 125 nonrefundable cleaning fee. All monies in cashier's check to EHM Real Estate. 

What I love about the home

The area is great, nice neighbors. close to ocean, four miles from Dana Point Harbor.
