On a lake in the middle of town!!!! You will immediately notice the beautiful yard and landscaping when you pull up in front of this house. The cobbled walk way leads you under moss laden trees to a welcoming front door. The formal living and dining room are on your right with the great room directly in front of you. The wall to wall windows make you will feel like you are in a tree house! Per sellers "Kitchen is all Stainless Steel Energy Star" and is adjacent to the great room. Up a short fl ight of stairs is the master bedroom with a master bathroom and an adjacent sitting room looking out over the lake. This sitting room has been built strong enough to accommodate a hot tub! There are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on this same level. Off of the oversized 2 car garage you will find a mother-in-law suite tucked away. There are 2 rooms, a full bath, and a large storage area on this lower level. Due to the slant of the lot - this room also has a beautiful view of the lake. This l ower level does not appear to be included in the square footage on public record - owner estimates the sq footage at 2700+. You exit the garage into a screened in porch with a gas vented area for grilling, also located here is a koi pond. Next to the screened area is a covered patio. A path takes you down to the deck overlooking the lake. Notice the "50 year vinyl" seawall - new in 2006.
