House is located on a quiet cul de sac in a nice family neighborhood. Great school system. House has a Generator.

Great neighbors and quiet family neighborhood. House is on a Cul De Sac. Children can ride bikes and play without any cars. Houses are spaced far apart with land and beautiful trees in between.
 

What I love about the home

Lots of living space up and down. Two nice extra rooms downstairs that could be bedrooms, gym, office etc. plus a large family room with wood burning stove and bathroom/laundry room. Lots of room for all the family members to do their own thing. The 2 wood burning stoves keep the house warm all winter long. Upstairs open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Tastefully decorated, move in condition. Backyard is a wonderful family area, large pool, decks and patio, swing set play area and large fully fenced yard.
