Gorgeous hardwood floors grace this sweet sunny studio with sliding doors to a private deck. • Striking views from kitchen, living/sleeping area and private deck • Separate vintage kitchen with dining area • Vintage bathroom • Great closet space and storage • Access to lush shared garden • Small 2-unit building on quiet block • Street parking • Washer/dryer in building • Short walk to Church Street • Sorry, no pets Glen Park Glen Park is nestled in a valley below Diamond Heights and around the corner from Noe Valley. Much of the real estate in Glen Park sits along narrow, winding streets on the hill, offering old San Francisco charm and stunning views. Downtown Glen Park consists of a few stores and restaurants at Diamond and Chenery Streets. While a few old places remain, several modern shops have popped up in recent years. Take a look at ModernPast, Destination Baking Company, or Canyon Market in the new public library building. For good food, experience Chenery Park, Gialina Pizzeria, Osha Thai, Eggettes or the classic joint, Tyger’s Coffee Shop. And no San Francisco neighborhood would be complete without several cafes: Pebbles, Café Bello and Higher Ground are all within a few feet of one another. There’s much to explore, with hiking trails and playing fields within Glen Canyon Park. And the rest of the city is easy to access, with a BART station and quick access to Interstate 280. Noe Valley For most of its history, Noe Valley was known as a quaint, remote and relatively inexpensive neighborhood. After the housing shortage driven by the dot com boom, the neighborhood was “discovered” by the white collar crowd. To top it all off, San Francisco Magazine ranked Noe Valley a more desirable neighborhood than Pacific Heights. Real estate price  More Less

      Market guide

Zillow predicts Glen Park home values will increase 4.1% next year, compared to a 4.3% increase for San Francisco as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Glen Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 6% less than in San Francisco, and 17.7% greater than the national average. This lower local number could help Glen Park home values rise more quickly than other regions in San Francisco.
