Come see this bright, beautifully finished 1BR industrial loft located in historic Northeast Minneapolis and within walking distance from parks, coffee shops, restaurants and a new brewery. Property features include huge loft style window bringing in tons of light, 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls and duct work, hardwood flooring throughout, galley kitchen with stainless and granite, large balcony with gas grill included, and more!

What I love about the home

My favorite aspects of the loft is the tall ceilings, open format for entertaining and very tall windows going all the way across. The balcony that is 6 by 10 feet gives you plenty of room and the 3rd floor gives you just enough privacy and a good view. The location keeps getting better. This is in a growing community and everything you need for sports, food, shopping and art is with in walking distance or a very short drive. Local art galleries are right down the road and a coffee shop across the street. It also gives you quick access to downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul if you look at the map. The new light rail that connects both cities and the airport is only about 10 blocks away. A new brewery called Insight just opened that has food trucks and live music every week and a great atmosphere.
