My Notes

Edit
Unique apartment with a patio facing a giant landscaped garden. It is similar in layout to a large townhouse apartment: its long with all windows facing the front or back of the apartment, with no side windows. This makes the inside space especially flexible & usuable but lighting should be bright in the middle areas. The front living/dining room and 3rd bedroom (den/office/guest room) face the Patio & Garden. The back 2 bedrooms face the tree-lined and quiet side-street. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own full bath. The hallway from the rear bedrooms has another full bath and a linen closet. The other two bedrooms are nice-sized with generous-sized closets. One of the buildings' two laundries is around the corner from the apartment, as is the building's very-nice entrance lobby with mailboxes and 24 hour doorperson.Pets are rather common except large dogs.Your TV can be set to view the Laundry Room and, in case of expected guests, the Front Entrance area.
Please call for an appointment to view this lovely space at least a day in advance.

What I love about the home

This apartment, in many ways, feels more like typical townhome that an apartment: - The insulation in the walls and ceiling is so effective that not only is heat-loss controlled but noise is practically at a zero level. - The giant front patio looks into a giant garden with constantly flowering trees, shrubs, and flowers. An inexpensive bamboo fence could be added to make it even more private. - Most of the apartment has now been totally updated and will be completed to your own tastes, depending on the final agreed-upon final price. - The building is currently going through a wonderful refinance (lowering costs) and additional upgrading is planned for the common areas.
