3 bedrooms 1 bath large apartment space3 bedroom 1 bath apartments off Dixie Highway near Algonquin Parkway. Central heat and air. Two of the bedrooms have large walk in closets. All the units layout pretty similarly. We have first floor, second floor and third floor units. There is an onsight playground. Units come furnished with a dishwasher, fridge and stove. They also have washer dryer connections.If you are interested in one of these units please contact the office 502-882-8804.Below is the qualifications for these properties. You have to make below the income limit for the household number. This includes the number of adults and dependent children of those adults. Full time student restrictions apply.These are first come first serve. We do not process applications until we have all the items needed. There is a $35 per adult application fee. If you are a married couple it is $35 per couple. Income based requirements: You will be required to fill out an application for the Housing Credit Program that is income RESTRICTED. YOU must verify from LG&E that you are eligible for new service and bring your confirmation number in with you or your LG&E being turned into your name or account number of new service. There is a one time nonrefundable Application fee in the amount of $30 per adult applicant or married couple, upon the return of the application in the form of Money Order or Certified Funds. We pull a Credit Report along with a statewide criminal background check. No prior evictions, unless paid off with proof of balance PAID or payment being made. There is a $100.00 deposit due upon application acceptance in order to hold your unit. It is nonrefundable after 48 hours.
