STUNNING, BRAND-NEW PORCELAIN TILE THROUGHOUT HOME! Other renovations include - newly painted throughout; both bathrooms have renovated vanities, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and fixtures; crown molding on kitchen cabinets; and many other details in the finishes throughout.
This home is perfect for small families and USF/UT college students. The Old Seminole Heights area provides easy access to I-275, I-4, and I-75. It's quick and easy to get to just about anywhere in Tampa from here!
This is a bungalow style home with a front porch and swing. This house was built in 2003 and is made of concrete. The A/C Unit is less than 2 years old and keeps cool while being efficient, saving money on monthly electric.
Kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Kitchen is large and open, with plenty of cabinet and counter space (including a bar that can seat 4). There is a sliding glass door off dining area that opens to a deck and provides access to the backyard.
The master bedroom has an oversized closet and is 15X15 and includes a master bathroom. The other bedrooms are spacious as well, measuring 12X10 and 10X10.
Home has upgraded appliances. Appliances include: Refrigerator with water/ice dispenser in door, dishwasher, glass-top stove, over-the-stove microwave, and washer/dryer. All bedrooms have ceiling fans (living room and master bedroom ceiling fans include remote controls). Home is wired for ADT and ADT security monitoring is included in monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for electric, water, and trash.
Small cats/dogs permitted with approval and additional deposit.
 

What I love about the home

The color palette in this home is beautiful and warm. The tile flooring throughout is durable, beautiful, and helps keep the home cool. The neighborhood provides walking-distance access to the Swap-Shop/Fun Land Drive In and is a favorite on the weekends. A new Walmart is being built just around the corner on 19th and Hillsborough and will make shopping for necessities extra convenient! This home's bordering neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. The ease of access to I-275, I-75, and I-4 make this home's geographical location central for most any commute in the Tampa Bay area!
