My Notes

Edit
Come see this light and bright townhouse on a tree-lined street in Upper Fells Point. The main level features a two-part living room with wood floors, exposed brick and two decorative fireplaces; an enormous kitchen/dining room with Corian counters, stainless appliances and a vaulted ceiling; plus a convenient main level half bath and laundry area. A brand new, custom staircase (no more spiral stairs!) leads to the master suite, where you will find a soaking tub and separate shower plus two more decorative fireplaces. On the third level, you will find two more bedrooms and a full bath with shower. A lovely brick patio with dappled shade completes the package. This is a fantastic house to accommodate roommates who will help offset the new owner's mortgage, and at $259,000, it's a no-brainer!
Neighborhood Description
Fells Point is a vibrant, historic waterfront community filled with art galleries, yoga studios, restaurant, pubs and antique shops. There is a fantastic summer farmer's market on the Broadway Market Square every Saturday, and one Sunday each month, there is an antiques market on the same square. There is a pier at the base of Broadway from which you can grab a water taxi to the Inner Harbor, Canton or Locust Point. On that same pier, there is an outdoor summer movie series hosted by local businesses. - written by Jamie Mason, HomeFusion sales?staging
