This three-story, three bedroom, three and a half bath townhouse in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for people wanting to be close to NCSU or just have a central location in Raleigh. Each bedroom has a bathroom either attached or right next door and there's a shared 1/2 bath on the 1st floor, so you never have to share a bathroom if you don't want to.The first floor contains the living room, kitchen, and half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms (including the master bedroom) and two bathrooms. Downstairs is the final bedroom and bathroom, a bonus room (not pictured) and a utility room with the washer / dryer. The house is on a bit of a hill so the downstairs bedroom does have windows and access to a screened-in back deck. There is also a 1st floor deck outside the kitchen and a small porch outside the front door.The location is nearly perfect. Walking distance to an NCSU bus stop and several CAT bus stops mean you don't have to drive if you don't want to. Alternatively it's a short bike trip to either NCSU's Main or Centennial campus. The house is only a couple blocks from a I-440 access on Western, so getting around town is easy. A couple miles from Crossroads and easy access to Crabtree Valley Mall or downtown Raleigh makes this location the perfect starting point for your shopping or entertainment needs. Closer to home there are a litany of restaurants on Western, Hillsborough, and Avent Ferry Roads and a Food Lion only a mile away.The neighborhood itself is nice, with a pleasant mixture of families, young professionals, and students. The townhouse is off the main roads and just at the end of a dead-end street, so there is no through-traffic and little city noise. There is a small creek and wooded area behind the townhouse which lends a nice bit of atmosphere.Lawn maintenance is done by the Homeowner's Association, so no yardwork is required. All-in-all I think you will enjoy this nicely updated home and it's convenient location. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments that are more than 5 days late will be charged a $50 late fee.There is a Returned Payment Fee (if a check "bounces") of $25 in addition to the late payment fee.No Pets.All residents 18 or older must be on the lease.$20 application fee per person to help cover the cost of a credit and criminal background check is required.$1,200 is required as a security deposit.Tenant is responsible for utility bills.Tenant must carry Renter's Insurance (generally about $10 per month).  MoreLess
