This home has gone from a tear down with 4 red tags to a complete remodel to 2010 standards. While it looks a bit funky on the south side that is because it is ready for a legal 500 Sq. Ft. addition to make it a 1026 Sq. Ft. home. Look at the north side to see what it will look like with the final trim in place. Flat space with parking makes this small lot useable. Fun Arts and Crafts style kitchen.

What I love about the home

Six minutes to the Los Gatos Post office it's close in with a country feel. Super insulated with r-40 insulation in the roof, r-30 in the floor and r-19 in the walls my average monthly electric bill is $26 a month.
