One of the largest units in the building. 1,079 square feet, but most other apartments are only 800 or so. This is on the top floor, with views of Mount Morris Park in every room. Private Balcony. You will never lose the view. The apartment has three different exposures, so it's very bright all day long. Needs new floors. This is your chance to use some extra cash to make it your own. If you are willing to do some work, this is the best unit in the entire building.
