What I love about the home
There are many things to love about this home, including its ample room for entertaining, plenty of storage space, and a terrific location-- right across the street from Meridian park which has a great playground for kids and hosts the Wallingford Farmer's Market every Wednesday in the summer, and just four blocks from the 45th St. retail district with two movie theaters, a QFC, and multiple pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants and only blocks away from Tangle Town shops and restaurants. The home has a 95% walkability score (a Walker's Paradise). The location is also close to a number of public and private schools in the Wallingford area.
