This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated on an over-sized lot. Its lovely fenced front yard has beautiful landscaping including charming paved pathways, colorful plants and flowers and a mature oak tree that provides shade for the sunny days.
Neighborhood Description
This property is in the Cordilleras Additions neighborhood in Redwood City and one block away from San Carlos. This is centrally located in the Bay Area, 13 miles south of San Francisco Intl Airport, about 8 miles north of Stanford. It is also located 2.5 mile NW to award-winning Summit Preparatory High School and 1 mile in between San Carlos Caltrain Station or 1.3 mile between Redwood City Caltrain Station.
* Please note that the house is located near train tracks. There is, however, thick sound insulation installed around the house to keep the house silent. But if you are uncomfortable with a train passing in the area for about 5 seconds, then this may not be the right house for you.
Redwood City and San Carlos downtown is located 1 mile from the property with your shopping needs within half mile. The downtown areas are renowned for their variety of FREE concerts, fine arts and crafts showcases original painting, photography, jewelry, glass, ceramics, and entertainment, featuring top-quality local and national performer from rock, blues, Celtic, and swing, to Latin, salsa, country, jazz and more. It also features a 20-screen theatre, very nice shops and restaurants. Getting there is a snap. Simply walk or bike from here!
