Beautiful, modern Single Family (attached) Home in the heart of LoHi. 2,467sf with 273sf finished bonus room (exercise/ office/ storage) above garage (total 2,740sf all above ground!) 4 bedroom with second master, two offices (one is detached over garage with heating/ cooling). Hard wood floors throughout. Comfortable back yard, large front yard (ripe for a patio and fire pit). Garage is over-sized ~24x26. Truly a unique property!

What I love about the home

The neighborhood is simply the best with amazing restaurants, shops, the river, schools, etc. all walking distance. This home comes with amazing city views from the Master and the 3rd floor deck. It's a perfect primary residence but also makes a great second "home in the city" as it does great with passive cooling and heating and is super low maintenance. While the neighborhood abounds with townhouses and duplexes, few offer this much well organized living space (entirely above ground), just enough outdoor space, and tons of storage.
