Major renovation in 2005 not reflected on city assessment. Third floor now finished consistent with historic arts & crafts interior; 600+ square foot vaulted ceiling room with full bath; new windows; front & back dormers; walk in closet. Could be studio, teen suite, master suite.

What I love about the home

Foyer: William Morris reproduction wallpaper, stenciling. Powder room: Cutest ever! Under the stairs, Kohler fixtures, double window. Second floor: Full wall of original built-in cabinets in master & one bedroom; plate rail and plaster arch over niche in master; walk in closets. 2 additional secondary bedrooms each have large closets. 2 hall linen closets. all unpainted six-panel doors on second floor. Art glass windows on stair landing. Back yard: Gas grill hookup; pergolas off west end of house (over dining room windows) and surrounding garage, supporting mature roses; birch grove; 3-season perennial garden with daffodils, peonies, lillies, baptisia, lilac, clematis, bleeding heart and roses, roses, roses. Basement: Semi-finished laundry room with craft studio with cabinets, counters, island and upgraded electrical service. Completely dry basement, lots of storage.
