BEAUTIFUL,move-in ready property. This could be the best buy in town!!We're hearing from everyone that this home is the -nicest- property available in this price point. So stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed! Are you worried about the location because you aren't familiar with this area? DON'T BE. We sit outside in the screened porch all of the time -- this street is very peaceful. We rarely have car traffic. We have decorative items out front on our property that don't come up missing. This is a wonderful, safe street. Many of the homeowners have lived here for YEARS.Are you worried about purchasing a "for sale by owner" property? The IAHomesForSale company has a realtor on staff as well as all of the lawyers and title companies we need to put together a deal just like any other realtor in town, so there is no need to worry about purchasing this property. We let them do the paperwork and then you just move in after we close! Now - about our home -- it has a great screened-in porch on the front of the house -- perfect for hanging out with your friends and family on a nice spring day, a beautiful summer evening or on a fall day when you want to have a party outside and grill some burgers. The colors are very neutral inside the home (tans, creams, whites) that will allow your decor to fit perfectly without having to change one single color until you're ready to. The home has 4 nice sized bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath on the first floor, and a shower in the basement for those muddy kids (or dirty husbands). The living room has a woodburning fireplace flanked by built-in bookcases and great crown molding. The entire home is made of original plaster and would cost a fortune to duplicate in today's market. It has 9' ceilings and tall baseboards. The entire home has beautiful oak flooring, new light fixtures, and a NEW furnace and NEW air conditioning unit. It also has a new stainless steel refrigerator and new stove/microwave hood and new countertops in the kitchen. An added bonus of this home is the walk-up attic with wide staircase. The attic would make a great "man room" or craft/sewing room, or a great space to use as a kids' playroom. The possibilities are endless. The basement is also a great space that could be converted to a man room -- it has tall ceilings and great light, and could easily be converted into another room. Both of these spaces add over 1000 extra square feet to the home and would bring the total square footage up to 2500. At $118,200, it's an amazing price for all of this! This home is like NEW inside -- there is nothing to do but move in and RELAX. It's on a quiet street with great neighbors and well maintained homes. Bottom line -- it's a nice, sunny, happy, cozy place to hang out in! We can help you to get qualified to purchase this home, if you should need the help. When you come for a tour, we can give you the flyers with all of the contact information you will need, and we'll make phone calls for you if you're nervous to make that first bit of contact with the bankers we are working with. We can help you with every step of this process so that you can OWN this beautiful home. ** If you are a renter, do you realize that it's very likely that your mortgage payment would be LESS than what you are paying for your rent?
