Definitely in need of some TLC, this home has great potential. Fully insulated, solid foundation, new soffit/gutters/downspouts. Furnace/vents serviced 12/18/2013 - furnace is in great shape & 90% efficient. Complete window replacement in progress. Fully upgraded roofing supports and storage area added to the attic. New garage added: one car, extra-wide - lots of room for storage and a workbench!

What I love about the home

Large closet in the 4th bedroom is next to the laundry room - 2nd bathroom can be added with minimal framing and plumbing additions. Large back yard, plenty of room to add a garage, back patio, etc., and still have lots of room for the kids to play.
