Condominium for sale by owner in Santa Monica, CA 90404. Enjoy the cool ocean breezes and the views of the Santa Monica Mountains above the treetops from inside or from your private balcony. This gated condominium is an upper middle unit with two (non-tandem) parking spaces. It is move-in ready. The ceiling is flat with crown molding. Each bedroom has a large closet with sliding mirror doors. It is a short walk to restaurants and a Ralph's market and Virginia Park and a few blocks to Santa Monica College. You will have an easy bike ride to the Santa Monica and Venice Beaches and enjoy the mild weather.
