Condominium for sale by owner in Santa Monica, CA 90404. Enjoy the cool ocean breezes and the views of the Santa Monica Mountains above the treetops from inside or from your private balcony. This gated condominium is an upper middle unit with two (non-tandem) parking spaces. It is move-in ready. The ceiling is flat with crown molding. You will have an easy bike ride to the Santa Monica and Venice Beaches and enjoy the mild weather.
