What I love about the home

This condo was my home for several years and is now under the meticulous care of our tenants. All I can say is that they were some of the best years of my life. The condo is bright, modern, and spacious - I loved the incredible sunlight filling the space everyday and the light bamboo floors against the tranquil blue walls. It is in a small building (only 21 units) with a great group of neighbors (actors, artists, professionals with young families), so it does not feel like a large, impersonal typical condo building. Beachwood Canyon / Hollywood Hills is a beautiful and historic neighborhood (a great mix of proximity to urban life with phenomenal views and nature from Griffith Park and Hollywood Sign trails up the street) and the central location makes every incredible part of LA accessible. This is an amazing place!
