This lovely home features a large covered patio complete with gas connections overlooking pond on a cul-de-sac lot. Recently renovated with fresh interior paint and new carpet. Large 4bd/3ba home with dining room, double sinks in master bath, jetted tub and separate shower. Offered under the Freddie Mac First Look Initiative until 12/28/11, only offers from owner occupants excepted during this period. Seller suggests proof of funds or prequal letter with all offers.

What I love about the home

This home is only 5 minutes from everything! I love that this home is close to Rivercity Marketplace and the new UF Shands Hospital being built. Many restaurants and sports bars are near by and you would only be about a 20 minute drive to the beach. This home has a very large corner cul-de-sac lot with one of the largest driveways in the neighborhood. If you have a boat it is perfect! This neighborhood has quick access to I295 from which you can be anywhere in about 15 minutes.
