Do not disturb tenants or neighbors. Brick Triplex with amazing views from all (3 Br, 2 Br, and Studio) units. Fenced yard, deck, sunrooms in 2 Br and 3 Br units, and huge (19K square foot) lot with ample room to build. Extensive renovations in 2013. Beautiful hardwood and tile floors, laundry room, three car garage (one space per unit) with additional off-street parking for owners unit. Live in one unit and let the other two pay your mortgage. Awesome property in a safe, established neighborhood. Do not disturb tenants or neighbors.

Do not disturb tenants or neighbors. The views are awesome. This property is always rented, is close to everything, and most tenants are long-term. The lot is huge and the construction is amazing. Home inspectors concur it displays over-engineering at its best. Do not disturb tenants or neighbors.
