One of the most exciting neighborhoods in San Francisco is the Fillmore District. It has become the, "It" spot for urban coffee shops, entertainment theaters and restaurateurs. The neighborhood is magic. Just several blocks away is an amazing townhouse at 1967 Pine Street at Laguna. This three-level townhouse has no neighbor above or below. From the moment you step inside, you are transported into a modern and sophisticated home. The ceiling heights in the living room are tremendous, with a vaulted two-level loft-like feel. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and absolutely massive. You will love the counter top space, cabinet space and sleek style. The three bedrooms are all on one level and all are nice sized. Additionally there is the loft which makes a great office space filled with large, over sized windows for light and an adjoining roof-deck.
