My Notes

Edit
The most incredible $250,000 home in Louisville! The main home is 2 bed, 1 bath and is refinished, but the exciting draw is an incredible natatorium with pool, sauna and steam room built on to the main home. The natatorium has a full bath as well with a chromatherapy whirlpool tub and a sleeping loft. The 25-yard two lane pool is heated by a Buderus boiler and the pool systems are high-end and well maintained. Geothermal heat and air and recent Carrier components keep the utilities affordable. Architecturally designed, professionally constructed this compound is built to last. Rear yard is fenced and the house and natatorium are surrounded by organic, perennial gardens. Historic Clifton is close to downtown and a short walk to Frankfort Ave with its shops, pubs and nightlife.  More Less

Market guide

Zillow predicts Clifton home values will decrease 0.2% next year, compared to a 1.7% increase for Louisville as a whole. Among Clifton homes, this home is 93.8% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, but is priced 18.9% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Clifton, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 25% less than in Louisville, and 97.1% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Clifton home values rise more quickly than other regions in Louisville.
