Can you even imagine what a wonderful home you could build on this lot?!? Just picture sitting on your beautiful lanai, overlooking your pool and spa, and then that gorgeous lake beyond...the only thing limiting you is your imagination! It's so verysecluded and private that you'll feel like you're in the country, and yet everything you'll need for daily living is just a short drive away. Dale Mabry and the new Super Target is about 5 minutes, the same for the new Super WalMart, Citrus Town Park Mall isabout 10, and the airport is about 20. How much more convenient can it get? Why live where deed restrictions are dictating what you can and can't do....come here and build, where you can have it your own way! If you want to drive by and take a peak, take north Dale Mabry Highway to County Line Road. East on County Line Road to Deer Lake Road. South on Deer Lake to property. You turn on to the driveway where the Keller Williams sign is, drive about 500' and the driveway forks, left side goes to a neighbor, right side is subject property.
