Not under SF Rent Control. 1031 exchange. Gentle set of stairs to twnhs unit (from garage & Fillmore St entrance). Fabulous location for shopping, entertainment (including movie theater in Japantown & great jazz clubs), transportation & meeting new friends. Pet-friendly building. Dues cover normal HOA expenditures. In addition, this complex has quake insurance, which calculates out to around $100-$120 for this unit per month.
