A great period Craftsman, wonderful for an extended family. This is the Gibson House, built and designed by Charnock & Ford for Lester H. Gibson. Sitting on a large lot, there are many original features. Gibson was the assistant city engineer of Pasadena, and later the division chief with the California Dept of Highways. A great floorplan (see attached), lots of updates, and almost all the original features still intact. Copper plumbing with permit, engineered foundation upgrades, new period bathrooms, new painting and landscaping, wood floors, and great built-ins and lots of original hardware make this a great investment. Originally built as a 4 bed 2 bath SFR. The backyard has a refurbished 2 car garage, with a solar panel system that drops (and sometimes erases) your electric bill, so Go Green! Sold with a home warranty. No rent control in Pasadena!  More Less
