Neighborhood Description
This is a fairly new neighborhood. It's quiet with pride of ownership showing in all of the homes here. There are families and singles that live here. It's very quiet and in a great location.

What I love about the home

I love the floor plan and location. Away from town but it only takes 10 minutes to get there. Minutes away from the river, Lake Topaz, and Lake Tahoe. Quiet and serene surroundings.
