Located on the corner of Mason and Dunlap streets in Salem is this charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch home. What I love about the home

For sale by owner two bedroom ranch. Close to train station, and parks. The owner has occupied this home since 1962. Home has hardwood floors throughout, and all natural trim. Eat in kitchen, with cooktop, and wall oven. The living room has working fireplace, and lots of natural light. Has laundry hookups in bathroom, and in the basement. Basement is finished, and could be used for more living space. There is a driveway that will accommodate two cars, and nice side yard. The house has replacement windows,and a newer heating system with baseboard heat, oil fired. Lot is approx 4100sq', and level. House is approx 2000sq'. Taxes are $3500/yr.
