This is an investors dream. I listed this home at fair market value, targeting long term investors, not those who simply want to flip it. It would be a wise purchase for someone who truly appreciates long term values. The buyer will benefit immediately from an income producing investment. College Park is popular area to live. It is a growing area or Orlando with homes projected to increase greatly in value over the next 5 years. Homes in good condition are simply a bonus. I invested in this home as a rental 10 years ago. It was a wise investment & have been pleased with the purchase. It never sat empty for more than 3 weeks. My current tenants are two wonderful ladies who keep the house in beautiful condition. Rent is $1,100.00 per month. If you purchase this property, you will feel secure knowing your tenants will be an asset. You don't have any upgrades to do now, you can simply purchase the house, sit back & enjoy the income. It is a large two bedroom, one Bath. The bath & Bedrooms can be closed off for privacy.
