Ranch style with finished basement. Lots of car or workshop space. Has a generator and cold stove with electric heating as well. Central Air.
Small creek running through back yard... lovely neighborhood!

What I love about the home

The pro's to this house? Sweet little ranch home owned by same owners for about 40 years now... great land, quiet location and incredible neighbors. Three attached garages and unattached shed/workshop. Coal stove keeps the house toasty - a generator with panel comes with the house for those seasonal concerns though it rarely happens these days. Public sewer - but well water. Have kept house in good condition including new pipes to well. Small creek runs behind house - nice setting. House is in good shape, but undoubtedly, someone will do some updating in paint and carpets. time to downsize and looking to sell - hoping not to have to list with an agent. The con's to this house? ok, it has one bathroom. we looked at putting another in but haven't done it.... kitchen cabinets are a bit dated.
