You'll feel the warmth and natural light throughout this end-unit from the moment you arrive. You'll find that the kitchen features ample space and opens to the dining area and family room. The open family room features a cozy fireplace and leads to the huge private yard - perfect for relaxing or entertaining with plenty of room for a garden. The second floor features the inside laundry, the master, with a view of the greenbelt and trees, and the secondary bedroom, featuring a walk-in closet. The pool in only a few minutes walk and the community is conveniently close to freeway/toll road access, restaurants, shopping, biking/hiking trails and all of the great amenities that South Orange County has to offer. 

What I love about the home

We have lived here for a nearly a decade and have loved the quiet community, friendly neighbors and great schools. There are so many great walking and hiking trails close by and people out for evening walks are so nice. Its close to the Thomas F. Riley Wilderness Park and the South Coto de Caza gate. Its very convenient to commute from as its less than a mile away from the 241 Toll Road and just 6 miles from the 5 freeway, but once you're home you feel like you're miles away from hectic traffic. Its incredibly peaceful and secluded, and yet just a 3 mile drive from shopping in Ladera Ranch and 5 miles from Rancho Santa Margarita.
