The pictures speak for themselves, but description is below. Located within 2 blocks of all public transportation, bus, and the "T", as well as all major roadways within 5 minutes; Storrow & Memorial Drives, Mass Pike, Routes 128, 93, 9, etc..
This is a beautiful 4 bedroom with 2 full bathroom home opens up into huge foyer with screened in porch off to the right, straight forward through the french doors you enter the large living room with crown moldings and plenty of light, this opens up through large open doorway to the dining room with built-in wine rack, side bar and mini-fridge below.
The kitchen is very large with a built in bar/island, granite counters, stainless appliances, loads of cabinet space and a large back mudroom which leads down the backstairs to the back patio with grill and yard space.
All the bedrooms are large with a lot of closet space, and the largest bedroom on 2nd floor has walk in closet and a sun-room. Both bathrooms are modern with one on each floor, one has Jacuzzi tub and double sinks.
The FULL apartment is $3,800/month + utilities and lease term is 12 months beginning June 1st, (includes all 4 bedrooms, single occupancy, no doubling up).
