Walk down to the river front park, to the city market across the street, and with the street car coming in just a couple months and a block away- you'll be able to get anywhere from the Rivermarket to Union Station. Google Fiber installed in building!
Neighborhood Description
Across the street from the rivermarket for daily fruit and veggie shopping, many restaurants, bars, and shops within a short walking distance. Riverfront park and city market park close. Close to walking and bike path.

What I love about the home

The building is amazing - great neighbors and dog friendly, great HOA, walk across the street for the rivermarket restaurants and fresh fruit + crafts, Streetcar to pick up one block from the loft (coming EOY 2015), large open and unique loft.
