What I love about the home

Steps to the Esplanade and a short walk from the World Financial Center Wintergarden, North Cove Marina, Wall Street and Tribeca. Battery Park City neighborhood, built on the Southwest tip of Manhattan, is both quiet and convenient. It offers luxury apartment living that seems almost suburban, but the area is near Tribeca and Wall Street for work. Living in an area where there are abundant of beautiful parks, a place where you can enjoy walking, jogging, biking. Easy access to transportation including eight subway lines, express buses, Staten Island, New Jersey, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island ferries Neighboring Community to World Financial Center, World Trade Center, Tribeca, Wall Street, South Street Seaport, Greenwich Village Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy Close proximity, TriBeCa, Chinatown, South Street Seaport, SoHo and Theres also an Battery Park Stadiums first run 11 screen movie theater which screens both popular favorites and hosts part of the world famous Tribeca Film Festival. Dining options include Shake Shack, Blue Smoke BPC, North End Grill, Whole Foods and Barnes and Noble provide great shopping, while the greenmarkets lets you get the best and freshest New York City produce, some of it from family farms.
