Neighborhood Description
Busy/active on the weekends with the local Arlington County, Virginia, Court House and office buildings, but rather quiet on the weekends with a GREAT Farmer's Market three blocks away every Saturday (52 weeks a year)!

What I love about the home

The condo fees are very low compared to comparable upscale luxury condo buildings in the area. It is also very pet/dog friendly with its own dog area.
