My Notes

Just the way you want it. Hardwood floors in the upstairs except for the freshly carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms. Reconditioned walls and fresh paint everywhere. Lighted cubbies. Wood burning fireplace. Frig, dishwasher and gas range/oven included (also accepts electric), 320 square foot remodeled deck. 7x16 Shed. Driveway freshly leveled. Insulated and finished garage with attic storage. The master bath has an antique converted dresser and vessel sink and new tile flooring. The downstairs bath has a tile shower/tub. You can do your laundry in the upstairs hallway (gas or electric dryer), or use the alternative set-up in the basement storage/utility room (electric). Room sizes: front room 19x14; master 12x14; dining room/kitchen 10x20; bedroom 2 10x11; bedroom 3 9x14; hallway/laundry 6x10; basement family room 15x27 (!); storage/laundry 13x12; bathroom/hallway 8x10; exercise room 10x10; under-stairs closet 10x3, bedroom 4 10x12. The basement is 1000 square feet of finished space. Gas water heater and high efficiency gas furnace. The roof and siding are fairly new, and are in great shape. 

What I love about the home

Currently under contract. This house is comfortable, versatile, roomy, and bright. Utilities are efficient. I sprayed the apple trees this season and had a couple thousand excellent apples. There is electricity and lighting in the shed. There are any number of venues to set up your projects, a pool table, a guest suite, or whatever suits your fancy. My wife is a gourmet cook, and this kitchen is ideal for its lighting, the high-end gas range, work space and storage. Glenwood Hills Park is about 5 houses away with swings and slides, a baseball diamond, an 5 station exercise pathway, and a walk-through to Shadow Lake Reservoir/natural area. This is a great neighborhood for entertaining kids, for walking and staying active.
