Happy. That may sound odd, but this is just a nice normal world of good people. This is a clean and well maintained home with a great enclosed back porch -not included in sq. footage - that lives easy. Shed hold yardening stuff. The basement is clean and open. The master is half the second floor, has clerestory windows and great cross ventilation for evening breezes.

What I love about the home

Walk bike or public transport on extensive trail system. Yard full of native plants. New cedar fence. Large upstairs bonus room. Close to everything from mall to organic food store. Great campus access. Happy place to live inside and out. Remodel means no work - just joy.
