There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and the same upstairs. The spacious eat-in kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage & counter space. The living room is big and bright, with sliding French doors leading to a big covered patio, and a huge grassy backyard with fruit trees. In addition, there's plenty of space at the side of the house for boat storage, or other toys. Excellent location, close to Pierce College, the orange line bus way, bike path, 101 freeway and Westfield mall! Owners are dog friendly, but sorry, no cats! Good credit please.
