My Notes

I am seeking two renters for two rooms in my 3BR home. I will be occupying one of the bedrooms; therefore you would be my roommate. The home will be partially furnished. It is completely renovated and still has a lot of the Baltimore charm!Rent includes gas, water, electric, washer/dryer, security system and cable/internet. 3 floor renovated home: 1st floor: living area with exposed brick, exposed beams and working gas fire place. Dining area with exposed brick opens to kitchen which is completely new. Washer/dryer nook, Full bathroom and back patio. Patio has a small area of grass for a dog.2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 half bath and 1 full bathroom. 3rd floor: 3rd bedroom with lots of exposed brick and beams. This room is full of the Baltimore charm! Opens out to the rooftop deck. The house is currently being renovated so I only have one picture at the moment. Will post more as renovations move forward. Projected end of renovations is August; therefore, the house should be move-in ready mid to late August.2009 Bank St. is in Upper Fells Point- 2 blocks away from Patterson Park and about 4 blocks away from all the shops, restaurants and bars in Fells Point! Close to Canton, Target, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, Merritt Athletic Club, Trader Joe's, and local food markets.Pets are case by case. An additional pet deposit is required, which is based on the size of the pet. There will also be a small monthly pet fee.
